The Problems We're Helping to Solve
In a perfect world, every person who could benefit from CBD products would. But we don't live in a utopia. There are two main problems holding people back from embracing hemp-derived alternatives; we're dedicated to helping solve them.
The first is the lack of high-quality CBD (and other cannabinoid) products on the market, or, more notably, the abundance of low-quality ones. The FDA doesn’t regulate CBD products because they don't meet the safety standards required to be regulated under the same frameworks as foods and supplements. This lack of regulation makes it relatively easy for companies to make and sell products that haven’t been proven to be potent and safe by 3rd-party lab tests.
The second problem is the lack of public knowledge about the benefits of hemp cannabinoid products. If people can't understand the benefits of hemp, they can't possibly be expected to put it in (or on) their bodies. In some cases, this looks like people conflating legal, therapeutically beneficial hemp products with illegal cannabis used solely for recreation. We make best-in-class cannabinoid products (CBD, delta 8 THC, delta 9 THC, CBG, etc.). Every product is 3rd-party lab tested, made in the USA from American-grown hemp, and formulated based on what works for real people. We also curate the best of what other companies have to offer.
We aren't just an online store: we're a five-location brick-and-mortar CBD store. This physical presence allows us to collect feedback every day from our customers about what’s working for them, and then apply that feedback to improve our selection.

Everything, whether from us or from another company, is vetted with the same strict standards. If it’s not 3rd-party lab tested, made in the USA with American hemp, and helping real people, we don’t give it space on our shelves.

In our five Houston-area locations, our employees don’t sell – they educate. Our goal is to educate customers about potential solutions to their problems, not shove products in their faces and make exorbinant promises. Our stores feature handouts, charts, and other educational resources on hemp.
We also run an online blog focused on using CBD and other hemp-derived cannabinoids to live a better quality of life. Every week, we publish a new article (or two) on hemp-derived cannabinoids. Each article is based first on available research, then on the thousands of customer stories we've had the pleasure of hearing. We believe every person deserves high-quality, reliable information about hemp at their fingertips – our blog is our commitment to that belief.

About Our Founders
Hi there, we’re Bill and Alisa Story, founders of Natural Ways CBD. We started this company in 2019 after witnessing how a young relative with a chronic medical condition benefited from the therapeutic properties of CBD.
Fast forward to 2024, and we’re 5 locations strong with an online store and CBD education hub. We’re happy with how far we’ve come, but we’re even happier that we get the opportunity to help people like you live a healthier life – one that’s further from the pharmacy and closer to mother earth.
