How to Use

Measure your dose using the included dropper. Place it under your tongue and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing for best absorption, or simply stir into food or a drink. 

Each full dropper is 1ml. Since potency varies by bottle strength (ranging from 33.3mg per ml in the 1000mg bottle to 100mg per ml in the 3000mg version), if you’re new to CBG and CBD, start with a small amount and adjust from there based on how you feel.
