Directions:

CHAMOMILE: Heat water to 180 degrees F, use 2 tsp of tea per cup, steep for 2-3 minutes before enjoying.

HIBISCUS: Heat water to 212 degrees F, use 3 tsp of tea per cup, steep for 5-6 minutes before enjoying.

PEPPERMINT: Heat water to 212 degrees F, use 3 tsp of tea per cup, steep for 5-6 minutes before enjoying.
