Each piece of sunflower brittle contains 25mg delta 9. If you’re a new user, instead of eat an entire piece at once, you’ll likely want to calculate your dose with a weight-based formula beforehand. Then, based on this dose, you can decide how much of a piece you want to eat at a given time.
